  • Pistachios: To the desired extent

Preparing method of Saffron Mousse:

To make a saffron mousse dessert, first try to dissolve the gelatin powder by Ben Marie. (Pour gelatin powder in about one-third of the cold water glass and then place on a boiling water container to dissolve it). Mix the egg whites with sugar powder with an electric stirrer until the whites are bloated and not separated from the dish. Then add saffron and milk and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In this step, prepare a saffron mousse, add the dissolved gelatin powder and stir well.

In the final step of preparing the saffron mousse, add pistachios to the ingredients. Put the mouse dessert in containers and let it stay in the refrigerator for two hours, then decorate and serve it.
