- Rosewater 1 tablespoon
- Barber 1 cup
- Sugar 2 to 3 tbsp
- Pistachio slice of 100 g
- Butter 50 grams
Preparation Method for Zereshk Polo ba Morgh
Sprinkle a little salt on chicken and then fry in oil and butter to make it golden. Put the chicken in the pot, Shake the onion and fry in oil to make it soft, Then add tomato paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.
Put this material together with 2 glasses of water with chicken and put in a pot and allow gentle heat to cook about 2 hours of chicken. 10 minutes before you take the chicken out of the heat, pour a few tablespoons of saffron on the chicken. You can use the pistachio or almond to decorate the chicken more beautifully.
Pour the rice into the water that is boiling, and after a few minutes pour the water. Pour in butter, sugar, saffron and barberry in a frying pan. After the butter has melted, add a little water and remove the mixture from the heat so that the cherries remain red and the saffron gives it its color to other contents.
